The Santa Barbara Unified School District is here to support our families. Should you not be able to reach your student's school personnel, please feel free to call our Family Engagement Unit at 805-696-2701.
Free Meals for Students (English) (Spanish)
SB Unified is providing grab-and-go breakfast and lunches to students ages 18 and younger Monday through Friday 11:30am to 1:00pm at these GRAB-AND-GO-SITES. We will continue serving lunches throughout school closure. Students do not have to be present. Their parent/guardian may pick up a meal on the student’s behalf.
Our Technology Department is prepared to offer telephone assistance during this time. If we cannot answer, please leave a voice message, and we’ll contact you as soon as possible. Our team can offer assistance in Spanish.
- WiFi: Thanks to a partnership with Cox Communications, we are offering assistance to our families who need WiFi to access online learning. Call 805-696-2700 for support in English/Spanish with this process.
- iPads: We have iPads for every 3rd-12th grade student and are working to get all PK-2 students one as well. If a student's iPad is broken or lost, we can supply you with a new one. Call 805-696-2700 for support in English/Spanish.
- ParentSquare: We communicate with our families in both English and Spanish through Parentsquare. If a parent has any trouble with this, they can call us at 805-696-2700.
- Zoom: Please take a few minutes to review our Virtual Meeting Protocols (English) (Spanish) for using the Zoom app for remote learning.
